Booking Information

We only take bookings a year or less ahead. This is in order to give priority to those there in the current year. (Our percentage of tenants who rebook is well over 70%) The cottages now available to let all year round for stays of 3 nights or more. If you find that the dates you want are already booked, email us anyway, as we can then contact you in the event of a cancellation.

HOW TO BOOK

We now have an online booking process. Goto the “Book now” panel on the home page to make your booking. Please also read the important information about your rental as well as the Skye Accommodation Services’ rental agreement before booking. Prices are given in the booking widget when you select your dates. Weekly prices range from £600 – £1100 depending on the season. The rent now includes electricity (for those who have stayed at the cottages before this is a change to how we used to operate – we no longer charge for your actual electricity use at the end of your stay).

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rent is due on booking the cottage. The balance of the rent is due two weeks before your arrival.
